Opportunity
Anaplan, a global business planning software company, hosts regular European sales events to engage customers and prospects. These events are held in historic city centre venues rather than dedicated conference spaces, presenting a unique challenge: creating a fully branded, immersive experience while respecting the venue's character. Additionally, the setup must accommodate high-level partner demo booths and be installed within tight time constraints.
Solution
Totum worked closely with Anaplan’s creative team to design and produce a bespoke event solution. From the moment a venue was selected, we conducted site visits and surveys to assess restrictions, accessibility, and logistics. Every branding element was tailored to complement the venue while ensuring a strong Anaplan presence.
